Regarded as a transitional work in the band’s catalogue, Nocturama includes the extended track ‘Babe, I’m on Fire’, which runs to nearly 15 minutes on the studio version.
Despite being overshadowed by the Abattoir Blues double album that followed, it contains several of Cave’s most affecting songs.
