About The Detroit Cobras
The Detroit Cobras were an American garage-rock band from Detroit, formed in 1994 and fronted by Rachel Nagy. Rather than simply covering old rhythm and blues, soul and rock ’n’ roll songs, they reanimated them with grit, swagger and punk energy, turning deep-cut material into raw, joyous performances.
