About Air

Air are Nicolas Godin and Jean-Benoît Dunckel, an electronic duo from Versailles. Their 1998 debut Moon Safari made analogue warmth, whispered vocals and unhurried melody feel both futuristic and familiar, with “Sexy Boy” providing its sharpest pulse. The pair followed it with the score to Sofia Coppola’s The Virgin Suicides and a catalogue that moves between pop songwriting, ambient texture and cinema.
